Together we will explore what you want from life coaching, to clarify your goals and vision. As a Life Coach trained in the Habit Change Coaching Method, I will help you discover how to unwind self-defeating behaviors and patterns and stabilize healthy habits, that last. Together we will gather relevant information and break down goals to determine a plan. It can be a challenge to change a daily habit that you have performed thousands of times over ten or twenty years. Between meetings, I will provide homework that includes strategies and skills discussed during sessions, that you can use in everyday life.
My coaching approach is not about quick fixes. I am here to give you lasting results. After goals are met, the next step is to maintain progress and troubleshoot challenges. Before concluding coaching sessions, most clients will switch from weekly sessions to monthly sessions, to reinforce progress.
